Meet Josh D'Alessandro

Josh doesn’t just build workouts — he builds protocols. Grounded in exercise science, informed by clinical experience, and tailored to the individual in front of him. With a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and 8 years working inside HRT and age management medicine, Josh brings a combination of credentials and clinical context that most personal trainers simply don’t have.

He is not here to count your reps. He is here to build the training infrastructure that makes everything else in your Raden protocol work harder.
